Protect your comfort with our annual Heat & A/C Annual Maintenance Agreement $389.99

The Maintenance Agreement includes your annual cleaning and service of your heating system & your central air system. Whether your system runs off oil or gas, it’s important to maintain the efficiency of the systems by having a yearly cleaning. Your air conditioning system will run efficiently by having the yearly service, changing the filters, cleaning the condenser of any debris that collects throughout the year, checking unit for any Freon leaks.
We also understand there may be times when your system may have some troubles our Maintenance Agreement will also give you 10% off of any parts and labor that you require throughout the year.

During the winter months November 1 – April 15 should you have an emergency ( no heat, a leak, system smoking) we will come out to you anytime 24 hrs of the day with NO overtime rates, remember you will also receive 10% off parts and labor.
For example: Mr. Smith woke up on Tuesday 11/15 at 2am with no heat he calls Boiler King Inc. since he has a Maintenance Agreement this is what he paid.
