Annual Maintenance Agreement
$294.99 plus tax



The Maintenance Agreement includes your annual cleaning and service of your system 2000 boiler. Whether your system runs off of oil or propane, it's important to maintain the efficiency of the system by having a yearly cleaning.

We also understand there may be times when your system may have some troubles. Our Maintenance Agreement will also give your 10% off of any parts and labor that you require throughout the year.

During the winter months, November 1 - April 15, should you have an emergency (no heat, a leak, system smoking)we will comes out to you anytime 24 hours a day with NO overtime rates, remember you will also receive 10% off parts and labor.

For example: Mr. Smith woke up on Tuesday 11/15 at 2am with no heat. He calls Boiler King, Inc. since he has a Maintenance Agreement. This is what he paid.
